And, our leather isn't "buttery soft" (fibers separated and broken down by hours of tumbling and stretching at the tannery). It's your job to tenderize it with use.The double zero continuous-filament Polyester thread we use is a little thicker than what is used on most boots. It's impressive and expensive.
